Ms. Hang Phan has over 20 years’ experience in Building science, in the field of Acoustics, Fire, Thermal, Environmental and Sustainability solutions in the Construction sector. Her first major is in Architecture at the University of Civil Engineering (NUCE) before extending the scope to Building management, Material and Sustainability, with R&D Project Leader certificate at Ecole University – France, Circular economy & Sustainability Strategy certificate at Cambridge University, Circular Economy–Sustainable Materials Management at LUND University, MBA at International University of America.

Bringing a wealth of experience as a green building consultant, Mr. Quang Do frequently addresses industry gatherings in Vietnam. His diverse background in both construction and business equips him to effectively steer the market towards sustainable practices. Over a decade ago, he co-founded GreenViet, which has since become a key player in prominent green projects across sectors like Industry, Commerce, and Hospitality in Vietnam.

Ms. Mai Nguyen has over a decade of experience in sustainable real estate, and urban development in the Asia-Pacific and North America. At the International Finance Corporation (IFC), she focuses on the advancement of Green and Resilient Building Programs (EDGE and BRI) in Vietnam. Before joining IFC, she was involved in the City of Boston’s first Zero Net Carbon Building Zoning Initiative and the City’s Climate Resiliency Requirements.
She is a certified CFA ESG Investing professional and a LEED AP. Ms. Nguyen is a Humphrey Scholar, an ADB-JSP alumna, and an Op-Ed columnist who writes about sustainable urban development and financing. She also serves as the Country Representative for Vietnam of the American Planning Association – International Division. Ms. Nguyen earned her master's degree from Saitama University in Japan and received a research fellowship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Johannes Peeters is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in the concrete industry with over 30 years of experience. He began his career in the late 1980s with BAM Group, where he contributed to major concrete repair projects in the UAE, including critical infrastructure in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He then became director of Martens Beton in Belgium, overseeing the production of concrete products for landscaping and construction.

In 1993, Peeters founded Concrete Colors International (CCI), a leading supplier of specialty chemicals for decorative concrete, serving top construction companies in Belgium and the Netherlands. In 2013, he expanded his business portfolio by founding Deco Crete, a company specializing in sustainable industrial and commercial concrete flooring. Peeters continues to lead both CCI and Deco Crete, driving innovation and sustainability in the European concrete sector.

Mr. King Cheng worked in Vietnam for 9 years. He is an active member of several professional organizations to represent the voice as the lift and escalator supplier & contractor. Currently, he is Vice-Chairman of the Construction Section Committee under EuroCham.

He is appointed to be Managing Director of Kone Vietnam, which is a corporate member of Nordic Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (NordCham) since Sep 2023. King has extensive experience in the construction sector, particularly, in the area of green building solutions in Vietnam. He is driven to collaborate with different parties to build smarter and more sustainable cities. He believes that these results come through great discussions, in addition to a mindset for development and constant learning.

King is passionate about sharing his knowledge regarding the opportunities in green building. Some of his strengths in this area are digitalization, ecosystems, and the policy and regulation landscape. King has a background in electronic and information engineering, and holds an MBA degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Mr. Victor Pirmez is the Strategic Growth Initiative Lead for Nokia Industry Solutions (NI) APAC.
With a background spanning various Asian countries, including 5 years in Korea, Victor's career journey has seen him spearheading initiatives in Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the region's diverse markets.
